❄ What makes Pupi special: Pupi doesn't have a tail and has slightly crooked back legs, which makes her look like a long-legged bunny from behind!
Pupi was saved from the streets by a local rescuer after she had been injured and had broken her back leg. She made a full recovery, but when she still hadn't found a home after a year of waiting, her rescuer asked me for help.
Pupi is a calm, friendly, sweet-natured dog who is generally easy-going. She is a real love-bug and she adores people! She greets everyone who comes into the enclosure in a happy, but polite way. Whilst the other dogs try to run head-first into visitors' arms, Pupi happily but calmly comes up to say hello and get some pets. She enjoys getting cuddles, but doesn't constantly pester you for attention.
Outside of the enclosure, Pupi is also calm and confident. She walks well on the lead, and enjoys going for walks and exploring new areas, but can't do any strenuous activity due to her back legs.
Pupi can sometimes be nervous around new dogs, but once she has had a calm sniff and introduction, she is friendly with everyone and she is an easy-going member of the Melez pack.
Pupi is a great dog who doesn't ask for much, but is always cheerful and happy to see you. We would love to see her in a loving home, so she can enjoy a happy, comfortable life.
Pupi is currently in Turkey and is available for adoption in the EU and the UK.
The dogs arrive in their homes microchipped, up to date on their Rabies and Mixed vaccinations, spayed/neutered, dewormed and deflead and tested for Heartworm, Ehrlichia, Leishmania and Anaplasma. The dogs visit the vets for a final health check before they travel. If needed, their teeth are cleaned and X-Rays are taken of any potential areas of concern. Any concerns or potential health issues we are aware of will be communicated with you beforehand.
