❄ What makes Zeyna special: Zeyna has a slight underbite, giving her a sweet, goofy look

Zeyna came into our care in the spring of 2024. 

We found poor Zeyna all by herself in a field. She was a puppy of only about 2 months old, and she was all by herself. Terrified, she was crying out for help. She was alone, she was sick, and she was scared.. Zeyna had Distemper, and because she was so young and so small, no-one thought she would survive. But she beat all the odds and made a full recovery!

Zeyna grew up in the Melez enclosure and grew into a sweet, affectionate dog who is full of life and who adores people. She is always ecstatic to see you, and she would be so happy to have a family of her own!

Humans are Zeyna's favourite thing in the world. She loves people! You will rarely find a dog as excited to meet people and get cuddles as Zeyna! It doesn't matter if she already knows you or is meeting you for the first time, she launches herself into your arms demanding lots of cuddles! Zeyna is also very affectionate towards children, but as she is a large dog who gets very excited, she is at risk of knocking smaller children over. She will need to learn to be stay calm when meeting new people once she is in her home.

Zeyna gets along well with other dogs and is friends with all the other dogs in her kennel. She is energetic and playful and she loves playing with other dogs, as well as with toys. She is friendly when meeting new dogs.

As she has grown up in the Melez enclosure, a lot of things in the big 'outside world' are new to Zeyna, but with her enthusiastic nature and energetic excitement, Zeyna loves being out and about! She walks well on the lead, although she can pull out of excitement. She doesn't act timidly or scared when out in new places, but she can be nervous when she gets intimidated. When she feels nervous, she may cry or try to jump into your arms and cling on to you for support.

Zeyna would thrive in a home with people with an active lifestyle, but who can also provide a calm and safe home base for Zeyna to help her settle and not have to be too nervous as she explores all the new things life as an adopted dog has to offer!

Whoever adopts Zeyna, will be getting a dog who will truly adore them from day 1!

Zeyna is currently in Turkey and is ready to travel to the EU or the UK.

Our dogs arrive in their homes microchipped, up to date on their Rabies and Mixed vaccinations, spayed/neutered, dewormed and deflead and tested for Heartworm, Ehrlichia, Leishmania and Anaplasma. The dogs visit the vets for a final health check before they travel. If needed, their teeth are cleaned and X-Rays are taken of any potential areas of concern. Any concerns or potential health issues we are aware of will be communicated with you beforehand.
